Masala chai is killing me...so gooood!

Great chai brewing properly in enormous pots. Loses a star for single use cups even for staying in, gains .7 star back for one kettle brewing chai with oatmilk, so rounds to 5.

Their Masala Chai is okay, but very pricey as more than $5 for a small cup. Besides that, the service is inconstant. I bring my own cup, and some server gives me "own cup discount" and yet many do no. What's going on?? I live near by, and I also got 'neighbor discount' just once. Yes, I live in Mission SF, and so I only tip to whoever gives me the discounts. I also dislike to see that they use plastic lids on their paper cups.
